Donation requests

We’re committed to our members and the communities we serve. We look forward to learning about your organization and request!

Please submit your request at least 45 days before the donation is needed. We receive many requests and can’t accommodate all of them. If we’re able to grant your request, we’ll notify the contact person listed on the request form.

Contribution guidelines:

• All requests for sponsorships, donations, etc., must be made by completing the online Donation Request Form.
• Consideration will be based on funds available and other factors, including but not limited to those listed below.
• We may make donations of money, property, services, or volunteer support.
• Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a donation, even if a similar request has been granted in the past.

Preference is given to requests that:

• Are submitted by organizations with a connection to our membership or nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Are for organizations or causes located within our branch/market areas.
• Reflect our mission and fulfill a strong need in a community.

The following requests will not be considered:

• Promotions of any religious or political organization or event.
• Organizations or causes that do not impact our service area or are not otherwise aligned with our mission, vision, and core values.
• Requests that benefit an individual or single family’s cause, or an individual sports team within a larger, supported athletic program. Examples of ineligible requests include but are not limited to: individual sponsorships for trips, beauty pageants, tournaments, political programs, walk-a-thons, benefits, and personal fundraisers.
